Peer 2 Peer Support Group
A weekly gathering to offer self-advocacy and life skill supports for those returning to the community from treatment or incarceration; P2P is led by individuals and community volunteers who have successfully completed the journey.
Individual Counseling
No cost service with trained therapists that allows clients to explore their feelings, behaviors, emotions, and beliefs in a safe, caring, and confidential setting.
Hepatitis C Care Coordination
A holistic approach to client-centered care and support for individuals needing Hepatitis C treatment.
Certified Recovery Specialists
An individual with lived experience that uses that experience to aid others in their walk through addiction and toward the path of health and wellness, within their personal recovery goals.
